What's included in the toolkit?
An executive guide, an Excel control dashboard with 30 tasks and 48 department checks, 26 SOPs ready to sign, 14 operational forms and a progress tracker. Starter holds the guide and the master checklist; the rest is in Professional and Complete.
Who is the toolkit for?
Hotel owners, general managers, operations managers and department heads — whether you are preparing to open a new property or standardizing one that is already trading.
Is the Excel dashboard editable?
Yes. It is a standard .xlsx workbook. You fill in owners, deadlines and status, and the dashboard counts totals, completion and blockers with live formulas. Add or remove tasks as your project requires.
Are the templates editable?
Yes. The templates and SOPs are Word documents. Open them in Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice, replace [HOTEL NAME] and [DATE OF ADOPTION] with your own details, and adjust each procedure to your property's systems, staffing and layout.
Can it be adapted to an existing hotel?
Yes. An operating hotel typically uses the SOP framework, the department checklists and the 14 templates to write down a standard it already runs informally, and treats the pre-opening plan as a reference for renovation or repositioning projects.
Is it suitable for a new hotel opening?
That is what it was built for. The master plan runs from twelve months out to the corrective action plan issued in the first 30 days after opening.
What formats are the files delivered in?
The guide, procedures and forms come both as Word (to edit) and PDF (to print). The plans and dashboard are in Excel (.xlsx).
What's the difference between the packages?
Starter gives you the executive guide and the 30-task master checklist — enough to see the full scope of an opening. Professional is the complete working system: it adds the dashboard, department checklists, 26 SOPs, 14 forms and the tracker. Complete is the full Professional pack in both languages, with a licence for up to three properties. Starter and Professional come in English or Serbian, your choice.
How is it licensed?
Starter and Professional carry a single-property licence: use them inside your own hotel or business, without resale, redistribution, sublicensing or public posting of the files. Complete covers up to three properties. For larger groups, a separate licence is available on request.
