Keystone Hotel Consulting came out of a decade of direct hotel work — from reception and sales through to running the operation of a 71-room hotel with a restaurant, wellness centre and conference facilities.
Every standard, budget and system we propose was tested in daily hotel operations before it was written down. If a procedure didn't survive a busy shift, we don't put it in front of a client.
Consulting is regional, where we know the market, the regulation and the way business is done. The digital products are a different matter — hotels use them anywhere in the world, because the structure of opening a hotel is the same whatever the country.
