Monthly management — apartment or small property

Ideal for
Owners who want a well-kept profile without working on it every day.
Included
Up to two units: rates and availability within the agreed policy, review replies, competitor tracking and a monthly report.
Not included
Guest messages, check-in and payment.
Start
Within 5 working days of receiving access to the profile.

Monthly management — hotel

from €290per month

Ideal for
Hotels without a dedicated person for online sales.
Included
Rates and availability within the hotel's pricing policy, promotions, reviews, competitor tracking and a monthly results report.
Not included
Guest messages, bookings outside Booking.com and a channel manager.
Start
Within 5 working days of receiving access. Price depends on rooms and rates.

What stays with you: you approve the pricing policy, and the property handles guest messaging, check-in and payment. You pay Booking.com its commission as before; our fee is separate and fixed. We access the profile through our own user account approved by you in the extranet — never with your password. Monthly packages run for at least three months, then can be cancelled with 30 days' notice; the report arrives by the 5th of each month.

For hotels, apartments and small properties we build a website on our own theme, Keystone Stay — with rooms, prices, an availability calendar and an enquiry form. You choose: no build fee with a monthly subscription, or a one-off payment.

What you get and how you edit the website

01Your own loginAn editing account: texts, photos, prices, calendar, offers, reviews and enquiries — you change them yourself, as often as you like.
02Changes we makeThe changes in your package are work we do for you — a new room, new photos, a seasonal offer. Your own edits do not count.
03The design stays tidyThe layout of sections is locked, so the website cannot break by accident. We change the look, new pages and sections.
04What is yoursThe content and the domain are yours. The theme is licensed for your website: permanently with a one-off payment, and on the monthly plan until buy-out.

We build the website ourselves, on our own theme, so you have one contact from the first call to changes after launch. You can edit texts, photos and prices yourself through your own login. One change in the package is a request to us of up to 30 minutes of work — a price, text or photos; larger work, such as a new page or language, is quoted (€40 an hour). The domain is always registered in the property's name. Every package comes with a contract: what is included, the number of changes, timelines and what happens after 12 months. Prices are in euros, payable in dinars.
